We started JaniQuest with the vision of helping other janitorial firms to take their businesses to the next level in providing superior service to their Customers.

Just as your company has probably partnered with consultants and specialists in certain areas of expertise, our members have gone beyond their own business experience by making an investment of time and money to enhance their own operations. They have become part of the JaniQuest Network.

We provide to our Members a framework for success, with time-tested, proven systems. We provide training on hundreds of topics, most notably in the areas of highest challenge, which are bidding, employee hiring and training, and quality control.

We are not a franchise; we do not “take over” our Member’s businesses, and we do not share in their profits. Our program is a one-time investment with a small monthly retainer that allows them access to our many teaching and support services. These services include:

  • An online Community Forum where Members can share experiences and ask for opinions.
  • A number of tools for assembling accurate quotes.
  • A complete background checking service for applicants and employees.
  • Constant updates on new cleaning methods and management techniques.

Our system of ongoing support, coupled with the autonomy of truly owning their own businesses, lets our Members use the best of both worlds and to provide superior service to you.
