JaniQuest Cleaning Systems is a trademark of BrandMother and is not a franchise organization. All JaniQuest members (Associates) are independent contractors, and are entirely separate entities from JaniQuest. Membership in JaniQuest does not constitute a partnership, franchise or joint venture, and JaniQuest does not share in Associate’s profits.

JaniQuest is a training service, and we cannot control the actions of our Associates or their employees. We offer our training tools and services as a "shopping cart", where the Associate can take our recommendations that he likes, and leave behind those that he does not like. All training, recommendations, etc, that we provide to Associates are considered to be legal, moral, ethical and professional within the industry, and while we do consult with professionals in legal, tax, and employment issues, all information and recommendations that we provide to Associates is limited to "the best of our knowledge". How the Associate decides to implement those is up to him or her.

JaniQuest’s sole function is to provide general business information and other services to its Associates, and JaniQuest specifically denies any liability or responsibility for losses, damages, liabilities, debts, risk, injuries, etc, resulting to the Associate, its employees or officers, its end-user customers, or any other affected parties through the use, misuse, misinterpretation, or “non-use” of JaniQuest training materials, systems, methods, information, recommendations, services, or as a result of JaniQuest membership.

JaniQuest does not require that Associates follow our recommendations; for example, on our "How We Hire Our Employees" page on this website, there are a number of steps that we recommend as part of the hiring process (such as performing background checks), but JaniQuest cannot control whether the Associate performs these steps, whether the Associate makes a good hiring decision, and whether the employee performs his or her work in a safe and professional manner.

While JaniQuest may assist the Associate in tasks such as assembling service quotes and work specifications, we do not provide quotes on Associate services to end-users; we do not sell end-user contracts to Associates; we do not provide sales leads to Associates (rather, we provide a portal through this website to make it easy for interested end-users to find Associates in their area); we do not inspect end-user’s facilities for work specification compliance; and we do not contract with Associates as subcontractors.

Additionally, it is not our responsibility to verify or to guarantee Associate's possession of business liability insurance, and it is highly recommended that end-users always ask for proof of insurance from all potential service providers before contracting with them.When you contract with a service provider, it is recommended that you ask that your company be named as a co-insured.

While it is always best for the end-user to try to resolve issues directly with the Associate, JaniQuest will accept comments from Associate’s end-user customers, and will forward those comments to the Associate; however, the Associate is ultimately responsible for its actions and resolving issues with the end-user, and JaniQuest will not represent Associates nor end-users in a court of law.

Should JaniQuest receive what is considered to be an inordinate number of complaints from end-users, we reserve the right to cancel that Associate's membership.
